Have just had my internet access stopped. The reason is that around 25 000 e-mails had been sent today. I do have two virus checkers running so all I can presume is that someone hached into my account.
I have to say (you doubters) AOL were brilliant!!!! Response time was less than 30 secs. Service was discussed using my Christian name by the staff member and nothing was too much trouble, double checking I understood all instructions given. I was given a new temporary password to get me online. I changed my passwords for both accounts and carried on as normal within 10 minutes.
Anyone else had this problem?

Have just found out it might be a file call bugbear; a worm type file. You can get a free fix by downloading from Symantec.com

AGH that virus! We've only received it about 12 times! Once or twice from my coach, oh how kind! Symantec website v good tho!

No file found on my machine even using Norton's special software. So need to check work machine.

Luckily we updated the virus definitions the very morning my coach was kind enough to send us the virus! Phew!:D

The bug was not found on my machine or at work so it has to be that my E-mail and password were accessed from another place. I have my suspiscions about another site which had members reporting a similar problem a few months ago.
