Please please please can someone help me?

I am so desperate to get a video copy of the Commonwealth games swimming events, in particular the 2 1-2-3s, the womens 4x200m relay and Karen Pickerings 200 free victory...please if anyone can help I'm willing to pay, all English performances would be extremely appreciated!

ive been searching for months and no luck! i also would like to kick my mother for erasing the few higlights i did have on video! for me it was the greatest event for British swimming that I have ever seen, it makes me so proud that I cry and I want to cherish the memories thats all

Great Stuff Bigfish, can't hardly wait! I tried emailing the BBC and everything and they have nowt...went in all the music/video stores - no swimming, no commie highlights, not even olympics its all damn football and aerobics, dont get me wrong I like football but there are other things that people like to watch too argh!!

I was actually in the process of copying my Sydney 2000 tapes, after that I'll be looking at doing CG02. I don't have them all (I stupidly taped the wrong channel a few times) but a friend has most of the ones I've missed, so hopefully I can knock it all together. It might take some time though.

I was going to start selling them at my club as a fund raising sort of thing!

While I'm on the subject. I'm interested in creating a library of Swim Meet videos. So if anyone has any taped from Eurosport, etc. let me know (I'll cover the costs, etc).

Dave I have all the Cmmonwealth Games finals sessions on two videos. I also have most of the European Longcourse champs which took place at the same time.

I think I'm okay with the CG02 ones, one of my star swimmers has promised me his tapes.

Alternatively, if you're coming up to Yorkshire for the Masters Nationals (I forget the date) I don't mind popping over to Sheffield to collect and return the same weekend.

Dreama: which do you want:
- CG02 or Olympics.
- All events (heat and final)
- All Finals
- Just selected events.

I'll get them done as soon as I can (Olympics aren't the greatest quality recording, but they are watchable).

I can do that Dave but I won't be returning home before Sheffield - going straight there so won't be able to bring the videos with me. I'll gladly post you the Euro one. When I get home next week I'll see what I have and get it to you.

I defo want the CG02...if poss all heats and finals but if that's too much then just all finals will do and medal ceremonies if at all poss!
