my head coach isnt intrested in all his swimmers we hav 2 squads n when you get to 11 you get put into the squads and thats it you dont eva get moved not enven if u improve, well my squad doesnt get the chance to improve he doesnt care about us he only intressed in main swimmers do u think its faire ??
i meen ppl develop at diffternt stages dont they ?? so whats the point in say in at 11 "right your never going get eny better so well put u in this squaad becaues we might need u if the others r ill " my squad never gets pickd for galas or any thing and our tranin sheudale rea soooooo easy so no wounder we dont improve wer not given the chance to what do u think of it all ??

Sorry to hear that, it's a shame he doesn't take any notice. maybe its time to move on and find a coach that is interested in coaching everyone I had to move on eventually even though I loved my old club they were not moving on so I had to go somewhere else for better training.
PS. Who teached you English? I know it's all the rage to send Text messages but it's really hard to read on here when you've got all the space in the world to type!

can u try talking to your coach? if that doesnt work, work so hard that you lap everybody and it becomes glaringly obvious that you deserve to be in the other group. it's probably better if you provide them with concrete evidence. if you start obviously creaming the rest of the people in your lane, then they will have no choice but to move you up. or, ask your mother or father to talk to your coaches. good luck!

I really like the head coach of my club but sometimes i feel that she ignores the squad below me a bit.
We have 5 squads in my club (C1, C2, B1, B2 and A). The C squads are coached by a brilliant coach who's got lots of experience and the A squad is coached by our head coach who is amazing, but the B squads are just told what to do by 2 temporary coaches who are both about 18.
I really enjoy having such a good coach but sometimes i feel that she should pay a little bit more attention to the other squad.
