I haven't seen much of it but Diana does this really annoying thing - she keeps on stroking her face with the back of her hand. Very irritating

For some reason I don't think Eoghan is very good. I don't know if it's my TV but his last two songs, especially the Michael Jackson one sounded really out of tune.

Another one I don't get is actually Diana because she is singing in a way that isn't timeless. It's very much how quite a few young females sing at the moment and I think she will go out of fashion when the next weird singer comes along.

I have no idea why the judges voted Scott off last weekend after they had consistantly been slating Daniel. Publicity maybe?

Personally I like this season of X Factor because Sharron Osbourne isn't there and they have some genuine judges who know what good music is and what is technically good. Also the contestants seem to have better stage presence compared to the previous seasons.

I want either Alexandra, Rachel or Laura to win, Daniel to go this week and JLS the week after. Louis Walsh is rubbish!

Oh and did anyone else think that everyone was lip syncing the Hero song last week? It's a shame they did that because I found it so obvious and I hate it when you can tell that they are.

Eoghan looks exactly like a lad at our swimming club - so I have merged the two in my mind and can't take him seriously as a singer.
Diana has an interesting voice and deserves to find some good songs suited to her, but I am not sure she has the X-factor (my daughters will hate me for saying that).

I'm not sure who i'd like to win, it's one of the 5 girls I think. difficult to choose between them.

I must admit i watched the first week they were on the proper show (finalists) and i thought they were rubbish.

Some of them see to be actually quite good now.

I think i could win if i entered. I got over 9000 points on a singstar song once. That proves that im an amazing singer!

My wife's granddaugther entered and she has Grade 8 level in singing. She was told by Simon Cowell (after 3 auditions with other minions) to go away and get a life.

She has a great voice but unfortunately comes from a happy background and has no disabled mother to look after. So not good tv

The girlfriends family are good too Nev. And they have never got through x-factor, although david has got through to second round of britains got talent next year.

They are really good. Makes the hair on the neck stand up good. They will be singing at my wedding.

If it's an essex wedding then the dads will be singing old frank sinatra and dean martin songs as everyones waiting for a cab home. Unable to stand, able to slur their way through 'my way'

Oh, both of those stories just confirm all the bad things I always thought about the X-Factor... yet, I still find it to be compelling viewing.

Is it just me, or are they laying it on even thicker with the tales of personal suffering for the contestants this year?
