strange twitch!

As I'm sitting here reading posts am having a strange occurance!
I'm getting this strange twitch in the quad muscle just above my knee on the bit just to the left of my right kneecap, its a strange sensation, can anyone offer any explanation?

dont worry i get that sometimes, i think its jsut an involunantry reflex that happens to most people from time to time
