The 2009 Hampstead heath Duathlon is on sunday 6th sept starting at 9.30am at Parliament hill lido, London nw5.
A swim of the lido then a run to the Mens swimming pond and swim a lap, run onto the Ladies swimming pond and swim a lap, run onto the mixed swimming pond and swim a lap then run to the finish at the athletic track.
