Didn't read past the first few lines but if the Earth blew up I don't think we'd be missed as there are plenty more planets out there. We are very insignificant!

Doomed indeed - but we will never know.
I did some skim reading which usually means I get it wrong.
The conclusion seems to be that the Earth will not be able to sustain life in the future. This could happen in the next century or be a billion years away.
I wait to be corrected by those who can actually read.

Intelligent?
I don't think so.....we can destroy our world with atomics in a few seconds...or let it die slowly by over fishing and deforestation....which do you prefer?

You shouldn't worry too much. Scientists have found signs of a primitive form of life on Mars. It is known as the Essex girl effect.
