It's actually kind of weird seeing the Australians look as weak as they did at PanPacs. The men were pretty much non-entities, and the women seemed to really drop off after Seebholm, Schipper (who seems to lack the speed of past years) and Jones. Also odd to see their female sprinters not be as dominant as in years past. Seebholm can't do everything, Yolane Kukla's going to be a real force a year or two down the road but isn't quite there yet, and they're really missing Cate Campbell, Stephanie Rice, and the recently retired Libby Lenton Trickett.

I bet they still win at least 5 out of 6 relays (pending a silly takeover mistake).

Though they'll be hard pressed. Going on Euros/Pan Pacs times, they'll have strong competition in the men's medley, 800 FR, and women's 400 FR with the women's 800 FR something of a toss up based on who is and isn't on form. Only clear Australia win I see is in the women's medley because none of the other players have a breaststroke leg that can keep with Liesl Jones.
