TIME
Clinic 1 - 9.00am – 10.00am both days
Clinic 2 – 10.00am – 12.00pm both days

PROGRAMME
Stroke technique work and drills plus starts and turns on all 4 strokes - How to do medley turns - How to swim faster Plus much more

AGE GROUPS

Clinic 1 is for swimmers aged 8 - 10 years
Clinic 2 is for swimmers aged 11 and older
Strong 10 year olds may be asked to attend Clinic 2

EQUIPMENT
Bring a pair of flippers

COST
Clinic 1 (Total hours 2) - £25
Clinic 2 (Total hours 4) - £45
There are no concessions for part or missed sessions.

NOTE
These are not training sessions where the swimmers just swim up and down, they are technique clinics where swimmers are coached on the competitive strokes, starts and turns.
Numbers are limited and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

There are some starts and turns clinics organised in the Derby area, advertised in lots of swimming publications. Can't remember the name of the organisers, sorry. My daughter did one a couple of years ago and it definitely made a difference, in the short term at least. I'll see if I can find the ads.
