weird that they're size 32, doubt they ever belonged to anyone on commonwealth team!

 Maybe they were given to someone on the commonwealth team but they were too big! ;)

I've got to say that the bids went up very quickly ... I hope you didn't bid too high Bogbloke.
There's still 9 days to go .... the could go for well over the odds. Always best to bide your time and wait til the last minute.
When I bid for the women's England fastskins for Kaci, my first bid happened to be in the last 10 seconds of the auction. No-one had the chance to counter-bid :D

Don't they then keep the auction open for another 10 minutes?

Its the england swimmer joanne mullins whose selling them, so she must have got hold of them from someone in the england team or from speedo

But if someone had already put in a higher bid, the proxy system would have outbid you automatically, so there's still some luck involved as to whether you win

i don't really understand ebay, I was bidding for something and it said the highest bid so far was £10 or something so I bid above that, then it told me that someone had outbid me. That was my first time using ebay so i didn't really have a clue what i was doing. I still don't actually so what's going on there? It didn't say the reserve has not been met or anything.

Katie, when you bid it give's you the opportunity to say what the maximum you would pay is. So, the bid goes up by the minimum increase each time until the person prepared to pay the most is in the lead.
Get it?
