I have an idea , just not sure why its in code and also whether its fact or he is just suggesting it!
I feel maybe it was the intention to confuse.... :D

Perth the city is a very nice place but you can't knock the countryside either. However, its not a big city so the countryside is just a short walk away whenever you need it. Does the lady of the house not get to decide such things though!? ;) She's probably been to Perth many many times!
