All the CNO team of St Germain en Laye (France) is happy to invite you to to its first Masters Meeting in association with the Arena France Company.
This competition, held in partnership with the city of Saint Germain en Laye and the Conseil Général des Yvelines, is one of the meetings supporting the Arena Masters Tour® 2004 circuit.
Attached are all necessary informations for your inscription and the organisation of your weekend at the end of the first term.

Arena Master Tour Meeting of Saint Germain en Laye
December 13 and 14, 2003
The city of Saint Germain en Laye, the Conseil Général des Yvelines, theARENA France Company and the CNO Saint Germain en Laye organise one of the meetings of ARENA Master Tour 2004 circuit on December 13 and 14.
REGULATIONS
To be licensed by the FFN or any other federation affiliated to the LEN or FINA.
In accordance with the regulations of the FINA and the FFN there shall be only one start.
Depending on the time of the meetings the number of series may be reduced.
The different clubs shall be informed, before December 06, 2003, of rejected inscriptions.
The category of the engaged relays may not be changed on the day of the meeting.
All races are classified by time.
Swimming pool of Saint Germain en Laye. Pool 50 x 20 (8 lanes). Recuperation basin 20 x 10 m. 2500 sitting places. Hand chronometers.
REGULATION FOR THE ARENA TROPHY:
Competing swimmers at the 4 by 50m or the 4 by 100m of each discipline ( butterfly, back, crawl, breast stroke) shall be admissible to the ARENA trophy.
Awarded on each of the two distances (total of 50m or 100m) in each category ( men and ladies).
Classification modality: addition of points (FFN quotation) of the 4 races.
Awards only to the first swimmers engaged in the trophy of each category (ARENA awards).
ENGAGEMENTS :
Latest date for inscription : November 27, 2003.
Costs : 5 Euros / individual race. 15 Euros / lump sum « trophy » 4 disciplines. 10 Euros / Relay.
Filing cost : 15 Euros. Includes a programme and the forwarding of results.
Inscriptions are to be sent on disquettes and/or inscription form.
Checks are to be adressed to CNO natation and forwarded to Mrs Christine LEROY.

It is important that club correspondants communicate precisely to the CNO their names, phone number, e-mail and address . Inscriptions shall be valid on receipt of the sum of inscription and file costs.
Scratching of inscription
Any scratching not declared before December 06, 2003 shall not be reimbursed.
OFFICIALS
The jury is organised by the CNO Saint Germain en Laye.
Each club or selection shall present an official. To be presented at the time of incription (give details of coordinates and level of refereeing).
