Ive got a Nokia 7250 phone for auction on ebay. Currently at £51 with 2days to go. the phone is simfree and unlocked.

I reckon it'll probably go for between £125 and £150.

The new ones sell on Ebay (http://www.ebay.co.uk) for about £200.

costs between £250 and £300 brand new sim free. Yes it does have a camera.
