Who is going to http://www.welshasa.co.uk/WCM2004entry.pdf for the next big meet on the wrinklies tour? This could be one of your last chances to warm up for Manchester!

I might win a race @ this rate!

Is no one else from this collective of swimmers going? (Is there a collective noun for swimmers?)

It's 25m, Manchester is 50m, so it's not really a warm-up - better to do a couple of sessions at Aldershot I reckon. And Kaci has already pointed out that I go to quite a few and I thought Guernsey the following weekend sounded more fun.

KB - that was terrible!

Could be a splash of swimmers

Too many races, 6 races in 6 .5 hours left me very tired! But not too tired to watch the Welsh celebrating their victory in the rugby and Englands loss in the same.

Truly was a good meet. People were very friendly (even the guy I pipped by .05 to take the gold in my age group!), to my knowlege there was only one hick-up when too many teams turned up for the medley relays! I will most certainly go again and would suggest all wrinklies go in the future if poss.

By the way 2 PB's, 2 golds and 3 of the other 4 swims were within .61 seconds of PB's. I had a good day.

So long ago they were still called the Empire Games!
