Not this year, sorry! Got to save my energy for the Diss Otters meet the following week. All being well, maybe next year? I shall :read: the results though and I hope it's a good meet.

Yorkshire.... Is that any where near New Castle, my mother was born there and my father a scot met and married there before coming to Canada in 1925.

Would have done them. I think I've done them for the past 2 years. But last time I went to swim at Scarborough I smashed my little car :-( Sorry guys, but I give your fine, picturesque town a wide berth now.

Newcastle and Scarborough are about 2 and half hrs away, not that close really

Only two and a half miles. I am going to a swim meet 925 miles away and 18 hrs of driving, and have sometimes traveled 3000 miles to a swim meet 3 and a half days drive.
