There are lots of clubs in the area which appeal to different swimmers and not all clubs have Masters sections. Pete will tell you about Godalming, I'll sing the praises of Guildford City and our wonderful coach, Katiebun will extol Basingstoke's positives to the skies. Hampshire North also have a Masters section, Bracknell does, so it very much depends what's most convenient for you. What's your local pool going to be, when you get here?

ok, if you're all into that one ;) , try www.gcswimclub.com, or send me a PM and I'll put you in touch with our lovely Masters coach.
GF can't tell anyone about Godalming these days but can inform about Cranleigh http://www.cranleigh-asc.org.uk/ although it is quite a journey from the Farnborough/Aldershot area.

So sorry Pete, that's what happens when you try and do swimclub when work is getting in the way. Humble apologies, I knew you were from Cranleigh.
And Sportstar, you could do worse than paying a visit to Aldershot Garrison pool. It's (usually) 50m and has a good few public sessions if you can stand swimming late evening. Several of the clubs mentioned here swim there.
I think Hart also have a masters section, they train in Fleet.
