I was there, even managed a PB on the 400 free, it might have been even better if on the 400 free I swam at my 200 pace, hopefully I then wouldn't have died quite so horribly.
First 200 of the 400 was 2 seconds faster than my 200.
I must work on my pacing.

i was there, i did 200m breast and for the first time and 50m back. Got to see NICK GILLINGHAM's superb demonstration on how to swim a 200m breast stroke which was quality!!

It was actually closer to twelve, but anyway he did 2:19.7 if I remember rightly.
