Good luck to all Scottish based swimmers at next week's ASA National Age Groups in Sheffield. Hope you kick some English butt.

WELL DONE to all the Scottish clubs and swimmers making the journey south to sheffield. Great to see more and more Scots making the trip to bigger and tougher competitions. It seemed more swimmers and clubs went down than previoius years and the performances are getting better too.

Many clubs making finals and winning medals - not just the big shemes but smaller clubs with home-grown talent - well done guys and gals, keep up the good work.

Great swims from Darren Ward (Stirling), numerous budding stars at North Ayshire, COAST and many more. Warrender produced excellent results from a variety of swimmers with Lewis Smith arguably the top scottish performer finaling and medalling in a wide range of events - great to see the Scottish clubs producing some all-rounders.
