400free - Can't remember, it's been a while since i've swam 400free.

I know your faster, so no need to slag me, anyways i've only been training twice a week for the last month.

Mullingar... so how'd you get on... I got a 4:44 in the 400 which was the only pb for me... came 10th overall in the 100 Fly which I was happy with cuz I never even qualified before for these Age Groups, althought if i'd swam my pb time id have got to the final.

i was only supposed to get one because it was junior (under 18) but no i didn't get any. But for your information I am irsh thank you very much
