This is indeed the case - Grant Robins is leaving Stirling within the month.
Has anyone heard anything about a replacement or successor in what promises to be a prime job?

Word on the street is that Eileen Adams is hot favourite for the job and that her two best swimmers, Carry and Leel, will move with her. I think there will be a lot of applications for this job though!! It may be signed and sealed for Eileen, if not quite yet delivered, but she sure as hell aint gonna get it without a tough battle from a whole host of other promising coaches.

Rumours now of 2 jobs - a swimming development officer/coach of stirling swimming club as one post and a head coach of the stirling uni team/central institute swimmers as other.
Sure to attract even more people now - there are already various names in the fray at the moment. Although lane4 alluded to favourites for the posts, lets hope that its not already decided before it even gets advertised. We need and want the best people for the jobs rather than friends of friends.

You probably already know (seeing as the last post was in 2001 and it's now '03) but i just thought i'd tell you, Kerry Martin's now the head coach of Stirling.
