Where can I see the qualifying times for the Scottish team for Manchester 2002?

For that my friend you will need to get a place on Scottish Swimming's Board of Management as such times are highly secretive and not meant for plebs like us to see. Only friends of friends get to see them.

As far as i know - the Welsh times have been out for some time but are not on the web, Northern Ireland times are out and on their website. Scottish times exist but are not in the public domain. English criteria is not in public domain and i Dont know if it exists yet.
