Keep working at it, Top10, and you could well be "that good". Beating someone who's seen as one of the best shows that you CAN do it. We'll have to get Chris to change your name if you end up in a Nationals final next year, 10 will be too big a number! :D

Can't remember what mine was but last year when they released the top 50 in each event I think I was possibly something like 37th, wahooo go me!

Ahhhhhhh the life of a Guernsey swimmer. I have never gone to nationals before....I used to have a few qualifying times here and there but not any more. I haven't been to Southerns either  but I did get those times :king:

I got 3 in 1999, 2 in 2000, 2 in 2001, 3 in 2002 and 3 in 2003... woo! Matt, you are not missing much by missing Southerns, it involves lots of being too cold, and most people don't turn up any more. Lots of pigeons though. :)

Have to say no-one who saw Mr Paget swim at Swansea over the weekend could fail to have been impressed.

Sadly no medals this year. I came 6th in the double age group (14/15) 50m freestyle. But I was the 2nd 14 year old. So I'm going for a medal next year. I'm also trying for the 100m qualifying time, I've been training for it anyway!
