$60 million dollar budget!!!
I see they have had $38 million in public monies already - what on earth have they spent that on1 Seems a lot of money for a big hole filled with water ;)
glad its not just UK that have theses fiascos ala Picketts Lock..

The curse continues. This is the same bureaucratic morass that plagued the olympic games in 76.
Montreal is a wonderful sportstown but the business acumen of event organisers is, as ever, incompetent.
