Are there any members off to the somerset counties this weekend?

Everyones counties are really early!!! haha, ours dont start until the 5th and 6th of March but it looks like alot of peoples have started already! ;)

The ASA calendar allows for county championships to be held on any weekend in February and March - it just depends on the format decided by the county and the availability of pools.

in my opinion i like the counties to be early since u can get it over and done with.

mine start properly then too except they are the first 3 saturdays in march so they go on forever.

Yes i have the counties this weekend and i'm really nervous and i'm hoping to beat a few Rivals! I'm nervous about doing the 400 IM so wish me luck!!!

He swims for Millfield School; his home club is the Beau Sejour Barracudas (same as our esteemed Webmaster and Bootie) and so used to swim in the Hampshire County Champs and Southerns. This will be his first time at the Somerset County Champs so I'll be the wild-eyed woman driving round and round Weston Super Mare on Saturday trying to find Hutton Moor Leisure Centre! :aarrgghh:

Hi EssBee when i did Street Meet i was sat next to Josie m and Xander came up to Josie and we started talking to him He's a excellent Swimmer he should do really well at the counties!! Thanks for wishing me luck
