So another thing I've been trying to do for ages is almost ready!
I am currently trialling the new meet listings service on pullbuoy, which is, hopefully, a big improvement over the old one. The three key new features at the moment are:
- No limit on dates of meets (you can add as far into the future as you want)
- Multiple meets per user (so you only have to register once)
- Now allows input of multi day meets
A host of other improvements are planned, the main ones of which are:
- Ability to post entry forms and results ('cos I know you would all like that)
- Notifications of meets in a particular month,area or grade (so you can register to find out about particular types of meet)
- Anonymous contact system (so contact e-mail addresses are not explicitly visible on the site as they are at the moment)
These will be added to it as I get time but I just wanted to get the thing up and running after so many delays. As far as I can tell it's working fine, but if anyone would like to help me test it out please drop me an e-mail/PM and I will let you know where to find it.
