I've just had a look see at the Speedo league forum.

One question on there I though I'd post here for an answer , someone out there will know instantly :p

Were the Speedo finals designated?

Can you claim an NQT if you did the time at one of the finals?

National Cup Final and National 'B' Final - yes

Different regions had the option as to whether or not they wanted to License their own rounds. Some did and some didn't and you would need to contact your regional secretary for this info
