How does a job like this fit in an area where i'm guessing most swimmers on the AIS programme are at clubs with pretty strong programmes?
Does the Area Institute Coach create a new squad, assist in these clubs, or is the role all about developing the clubs who don't have swimmers making AIS level?

;)

Job sounds like a great opportunity. With the depth of talent in scottish swimming it would be a great opportunity. Maybe even one of scotlands current crop of young coaches could be swayed to go for this post and even take some of their own talented swimmers to the institute with them??

stard? or L4? perphaps ;)

What about your coach Mad4It ?? Might be interested in something like this!?
