Do you doubt the credentials of someome willing to improve the cause of swimming?
Come on; this web site is for taking the sport forward, not those trying to knock it. If you have technical disagreements? Post them for him to answer not question his credibility. He is a good coach trying through this website to further the sport of swimming.

Looking forward to hearing from fellow coaches and keen swimmers needing help.

I'm not trying to 'knock' anyone, and I agree that, if he's is willing to take time to give advice to anyone that needs it then, he must 'a good coach.'

Who he's he though?
Which club does he coach at?
He's he an age group coach?
Was he a Swimmer?

I think if we all find out a little bit more about each other then that will only improve the work that this web site has already achieved.

After taking a look at Mr. CAWLEY's CV I must say that I am impressed, and glad I asked! http://www.swimclub.co.uk/ubb/smile.gif Most impressive is the two years as Icelandic Director of Swimming and National Team coach.

Conrad - Good Luck with your part in the development of this site and your future with Dorking SC.
