ok going to the pub on friday nite or satuday night or in my case most nites how much does alcohol afrect ur swimming... what about smoking... and what about drugs... if i'm serious about swimming should i not do any or is some okey dokey??????????

The occasional drink will be OK (providing you're old enough) and some doctors have recommended drinking a small number of units of alcohol each week as being beneficial.

Drugs are not good.

Smoking's not good.

i'm old enough, to look after my body and make me own choices, yep, okey dokey so drinking some is alright, well thats class coz i;m off to the pub on friday night, (royal oaks in guildford) does an awsome double voda and coke) i suggest every goes there
