Its only 1 day until nationals when i'm writing this and i can't wait. Everyone post up where they came and or what they did

200 Backstroke:
1500 Freestyle:
100 Backstroke: 5th at the moment

Best of luck to everyone at Nationals this year - its the first time in 4 years that I wont be attending (although 5 of our lot have got in)
