Hi, I've been learning front crawl since januuary and have been doing fine, concentrating on breathing, technique and picking up speed and strengh...however recently i have been doing crawl and getting awful headaches, so much that my eyesight goes weird!! it's like my head and neck are really tight (?) it clears up as soon as i change to breast stroke. In conjunction my neck has been very stiff for the last 6 weeks, I just woke up one day and it was like that and it's quite crunchy! I'm assuming that my alignment is out or maybe my breathing? It seems to have come since i've been increasing my speed. Has anyone had anything similiar, know what it might be? Of course it's not easy when you can't see my style but just wondered - cheers, Sam
