Hi just need a few things cleared up. Is the new fly leg kick comming into place in the new swimming year? I'm actually quite concerned and puzzled about this as 1. is there any need for the change as using breastroke legs is suppsoed to be slower than fly and 2. As soon as I heard you could use breast legs (being a budding breastroker when young) I forgot about fly legs they went out the window and now I'm finding it almos a new stoke to try and learn.
