Can't believe I'm the only wrinkley around!
Felt bad at being helped out of the pool after my 200im this weekend. Ohhhhhh! That hurt bad!

I'm a first year veteran, but I feel much older than that!!!

I did a 1500 on Saturday. I'm overweight, have only been back in training for 7 weeks, and was always a shorter distance breaststroke specialist anyway.

1500 hurts ..... a lot!!

At my time of life the pool spins with so much turning!

Anybody local (Hampshire) going to Palma for Europeans? 9 of us including my 3 children making a holiday of it and have hired a large apartment.
