Here to tell you about a very well organised and exciting event taking place on Saturday 7th April in Coventry. Its got everything! Key speaker is Nick Selwood (does he have everything!!!!!) GB Coach and Chief Coach for Coventry SC. Nick will be speaking about what Master swimmers can learn from the Sydney Olympics.
Arrival is up to 12.30pm. There is 2 swim sessions, dry land workshop with physiological testing, Life style evaluations, and generally a brill time!!
The cost for the whole day is £25, or without the physiological testing £15.
