Sorry if anyone's already started a thread on this... I do happen to know that the 400 free was won by a Miss Rebecca Adlington who did 4.16 long course... very good :) . Ooh and they're being held in Manchester.

Good luck to anyone competing (sorry I know this is a bit late!) :)

This is secondary I think, it has the age groups Junior, Intermediate and Senior (ever helpful...) but I think it's something like Junior's years 7 and 8, Intermediate's years 9 and 10, and Senior's years 11, 12, 13.

i searched up british swimming and found that she is still under the profiles page and these (i found more though have not put them all here)

88 Charlotte Wright 50m Freestyle Hatfield UK Challenge 2005: Herts Sports Village: 21/05/2005 28.02

78 Charlotte Wright 100m Freestyle Surrey County Championships: Guildford: 05/02/2005 59.22

so obviously swimming this year though i dont know when that email was sent tome saying she had left the sport i will just hav a look.

Right the email was sent after all of the swims on british swimming so maybe she left between now and then.

Maybe we should start a new thread saying where and what times are people(swimmers) doing now? Just a thought?

Charlotte has in deed returned to swimming, and it is a pleasure to see her back in the water.

She was in the 1st round of Speedo and will be with Guildford again at Oxford for Round 2.

So.. go Charlie go

All our times are common knowledge and can be found on our web site quite easily.
(Though, PERSONALLY, I'm not sure that's a good thing but Coach says we have nothing to hide!)

no1 had a great time, says he's def trying to go again if he can. judging by the face paint it was certainly fun.

we did'nt see any of it as he decided to come home on the coach [2 hr trip]rather than us collect him [30min trip] but he was a bit miffed that he & his team mates missed out on gold in the 4 x 50m free by 0.02 of a sec tho!

It's in Grangemouth isn't it?

Surely not Grangemouth!! Couldn't see them holding it there, or Glenrothes for that matter. Such a competition deserves a decent setting!! (Those pools are not such places)
