The ASA Swimming Calendar 2005-2008 amongst other thing introduces the above with "best Youth and AGE athletes swimming SC" at Loughborough in March 2007.

Mouthwatering prospect (??) for those not quite ready for Melbourne but who aspire to London 2012.
What do the elite squad coaches make of it?

Just got to 2008...
There are plans for Simulated Olympics after the slightly earlier than of late age group and youth nationals....

My posts in november didn't spark any enthusiasm but I wonder now whether anyone inthe "main loop" of things has any information as to the detail of what these proposed events will entail
