Starting Tuesday 8th and continues through the year Performance Kinetics will be hosting a Masters/Triathlete technique course at the Chelsea Manor Street pool (Central London) from 7:00pm.

I will focus on Bill Boomer's Posture, Line and Balance for all the four surface strokes (and introduce his recomendations for the execution of each stroke stroke) and the 5th competitive stroke - the underwater transition.

Further information can be obtained by sending an email to: info@performancekinetics.com or performancekinetics@gmail.com

Please note: This is not another Total Immersion course -- we only instruct and teach the principles laid down by Bill Boomer and Milt Nelms

Just out of interest, balance, why didn't you start a new thread. This original one by Conrad Cawley was started seven years ago!
