Clinics!

I heard there was this fab clinic in my area which helped alot of swimmers! A parent has told me all about it and commented on a report the coach produced at the end. The parent is nervous of giving a copy of the report to the regular coach.
Why is this? Surely the 'regcoach' would be interested, wouldn't they? Surely the 'regcoach' would be thrilled for the child to have the opportunity for specialist tuition?
What do you think? Are you a coach who has experienced this problem, whether the 'regcoach' or the clinic coach?

I don't think that the parent should be nervous about giving the report to the coach......in fact the clinic coach should have done but may also have felt nervous himself for treading on other coaches toes......bad thought but some coaches do get a bit funny at times!!

I will get a report to the coaches in question ASAP.
