I shall be upgrading a bit of the site at about 7PM (UK time) this evening.

Hopefully things will be up and running again 10 minutes later :fingers:

have noticed all my last posts have been moved?am new to the internet and how things work.so if i am causing a problem please let me know.have a genuine interest in swimmiing and this site was said to be the best.
