Grant Hackett out of Commonwealth's??

Not normally the most reliable source of information (and surely they wouldn't be the first to release it??) but the Guernsey Press (local newspaper of some repute) has stated today that Grant Hackett isn't competing in Melbourne due to a shoulder injury.

Did we know that already?

Have I missed something?
