Hi ,
We are off to sunny(we hope) Blackpool at the end of May for an Inter Association Gala (at the Palatine, Leisure Centre).
Wondered if any one from the North could recommend any suitable accomodation which will suit swimmers and their parents in and around Blackpool ? Have looked at Premier Lodges , there are lots of them ( but most booked up already) unsure which would be closest to the pool and more importantly quiet enough to get our sleep! .............. dont mind travelling in and out of Blackpool within 20 mins . Can anyone advise me .
I notice there is one at Lytham St Annes , but cant find any reports on trip advisor or anything at all. Phoned the pool and they werent very helpful,just said(there is plenty of accomodation in Blackpool!).....

I did find what looked like a brill place, Ribby Hall ( just outside Blackpool) , seems ideal , BUT its totally booked out! grrrrrrrrrrr
