Happy breakfast yesterday with the London Property Supplement of the Daily Telegraph: couldn't believe my eyes when i saw the multi-coloured doors of the Tooting Bec Lido's changing rooms on the front page of London Property.

Wow! Things are really looking up for open-air pools. The magazine Regeneration should have an article this week and other articles are in the pipeline.

Not sure if the value of Leprechaun Towers has gone up just because the Lido is close by (like about 1200m). If so then even Dr(Mrs) Lep will cheer too. I think the presence of a lido so close and an indoor one even close at 600m means I have no excuse for lying in, particularly during the summer! The fact that the boilers had given up this morning in the Lido and that water was only 23 degrees yippee - keeps the maggots out and gets closer to a paddle round Dover!
