Do you have one person keeping your club database up to date and sending out reports or do diferent people take on different roles (eg membership/meet entries) and if so, how do you keep everything in sync.
Having coerced my hubby into spending a considerable amount of time working out how to succesfully import our old club database into Hy-Tek (it took almost as much time as it would have to manually type in the tens if not hundreds of thousands of pieces of information already held), I am keen to now keep it up to date.
What do you do and any pitfalls I should be aware of?
