I am an Aquatics Director and Head Coach for a multiple pool facility in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. My girlfriend, who is English, and I have been travelling back and forth over the past year, and have decided we would like to reside in England.
I am looking for a job in aquatics in England, preferably northern or central, with an organization that can assist in my receiving a work permit. I have experience in all aspects of the aquatics industry, from management of facilities, lifeguards, and swim instructors, to owning/operating a pool maintenance business, to being head coach of a club and directing a swim league.
If there are any organizations out there who are looking to fill a vacancy, or anyone who may have sound advice on where to look and the easiest way to sort out a work visa, please feel free to email me at joncole78@yahoo.com
Thanks and good swimming.

If you look on the BSCTA website at www.bscta.com you will find some swim coach jobs advertised there. Good luck in finding something
Good work Chris by the way

I don't know what is going on. Warrender's own website says an assistant coach "TBA". I suspect that somewhere, someone has an axe to grind.:clear:

Eh?
Eh?
A press officer who didn't spot a gap in the thread? Mmm.
Try accessing cache, you'd be amazed at what interesting reading there is (or rather was).
T&B got it in one.
At the risk of being ingenious, this forum, its moderation and its 'tinkerers' are full of surprises.

Isn't that a tautology?

Engage your brain. Obviously there's a gap, I was curious as to what it was. Hence "Eh?".

Personal attacks and other tittle tattle (when seen by me) will be deleted. It was of no use to the original poster, and was characteristic of the posts I've come to expect from the individual concerned.
You lot wanna beat each other up verbally .... do it at someone elses expense. My patience is wearing thin.

There is a subtle difference.
One may view expurgate (literally purify) as a positive activity for the benefit of our gentle readers,
while bowdler was a pietistic sanctimonious Victorian figure of fun who removed the good along with the bad.
BTL, I was asking which category our snipper fell under.

At last, a voice of reason.
Being unfamiliar with all the shenanigans, I don't know what ground rules (the etiquette is clear) to expect from this forum.
It seems to frequently steer away from the subject material into internecine polemics.
The good stuff gets lost in the bad.

All too frequently I'm afraid.
Might have to start ruling with an iron fist!
(Not really my style though ....) ;)
