Manufacturer description
Microfin, is a new product specifically designed for training, and more.
The Microfin is a real revolution for anyone who wants to take advantage of the natural massaging effect of water, to tone up and reshape buttocks and leg muscles.
The main features of this product are:
- The high comfort soft rubber foot pocket with rear finger loop to make them easier to put on.
- Blade structure with dual thickness made from thermoplastic rubber and technopolymer. The rubber inserts make the blade more flexible, so the user can apply constant force and reduce muscle fatigue during the leg recovery phase. The calibrated length of the blade also makes it possible for the ankle to move naturally.
- Non-slip sole
- The edge of the blade is fully coated with soft rubber for the safety of swimmers in the pool.
- Sizes from 36 to 46.

Ooh they cry ... another fin review!

As previously mentioned, all swimmers need a pair of fins in their kitbag nowadays. There are dozens of different pairs to chose from, and these Micro Fins from Aquasphere are some of the nicest looking.

With a stiff plastic blade (surrounded by rubber to protect the other swimmers in your lane) these fins offer more propulsion than the Zoggs silicon fins. The trade-off however is that I do not consider the Aqua Sphere fins to be as comfortable. When turning at the walls or walking on the bottom of the pool there is a good amount of grip so you don't find your feet slipping.

Summary

If I were looking for a new pair of fins I wouldn't hesitate to pick the Aqua Sphere Micro Fin. They are a great looking fin (and not many people have them at the moment), they are a bargain £12.99 and they offer a balance between comfort and speed/propulsion.

SwimClub.co.uk Rating - 8 out of 10.
