Hi , Just to let you know ,
I had noticed the thread re Mailsports offering 10% discount for first order for swimclub forum members a while ago.
I have used mailsports on lots of occasions before , but not since the offer to swimclub members was advertised.
Last Thursday , I decided to order a number of items. I asked about the discount and was initially taken aback by being told , that as I had ordered stuff before(previous customer) , I wasnt entitled to the discount....... I decided to look elswhere.
Having done some pricechecks, I found it was slightly cheaper at Mailsports and there was no postage , so called them back , explained that I was dissapointed as it was my first order since seeing the discount advert , but was told that it only applied to new customers...I decided to place my order anyway.
However , after placing my order , I got a phone call back from a lovely lady who said that she had clarified it and as it was my first order since 1st June , that I was entitled to 10% off,and she was going to refund my card ..
I thought this was very good and the stuff arrived next day too.
Thoroughly recommend ..... A1 SERVICE.. Thanks Mailsports and swimclub .

I second this. I bought my Diana bodysuit from them before the GBs, got my swimclub discount, and their service was really good. They didn't have it in stock, but they contacted their Diana rep to find out when they'd be able to get one by, phoned me back as promised to give me a date, then phoned me on the date to let me know it had arrived, and I had it the next day.

My only complaint is that the Diana suit would have been quite a bit more expensive than elsewhere if I hadn't had the swimclub discount.

Mailsports are really handy for me as I live quite near their shop so trying on suits is easy. I didn't have a problem with getting a discount and it wasn't my first purchase at the shop or online.

Diana suits can be a bit confusing as they have very similar names and not many ppl talk about Diana suits like Speedo. They have a new suit out and a knee suit costs over £100!!! My one cost £85 and I've seen cheaper ones but with slightly different names.

I'm glad you sorted that out Emosmum.

10% discount is definitely for all forum members (once only!) for any order placed after the advertising deal started, i.e. 1st June 2006.

Chris

P.S. Always nice to hear that things are working well!!
