Hi,
I've been a swimmer with my local club for 16 years, I don't swim as much now due to study pressures as I'm training to be a teacher. I'm in 3rd year of a BEd Science course and am currently doing a project for my specialist subject science.
I want to monitor swimmers in my local club over a 8-10 week period, following their training programme and taking weekly heart rate checks, recovery etc.
I don't know alot about heart rate testing and fitness tests related to swimming that might help me carry out this project.
Can anyone help?
