Dual Meets

I coach a small club, Pershore Penguins, and am interested in finding out if any other small clubs would be interested in having a friendly, dual meet with us. The leagues we swim in only allow for one team per lane which severely limits the kids' oportunities to swim competitively, especially the little kids (under 9). If we could get a few dual meets throughout the season, depending on the size of the pool, it would give at least 2-3 kids a chance to swim in each event rather than just the 1 entrant we currently get. The local "rivalry" aspect is also good for the kids competitive juices. I know we could do open meets, and we plan to, but we'd like to have the whole team turn out for meets as often as possible.
