You just have to work on publicity. Handouts at the reception to your pool. Charity gala for local businesses brings some out the woodwork. Have you checked among parents in the age group squads? We have parent/masters relays at our home galas. Parent and masters eventa at club champs. My club's masters section has only one hour a week but a lot of them have integrated into my senior squad and i offer them an extra hour on a Friday.:D

Quite a few of our masters in the earlier days were parents of age groupers. Another good way is word of mouth. Ask your present swimmers to encourage any friends or relatives they have who might be interested. Often if you can persuade them to come once, they might be surprised and really enjoy it.
