I've been told that an ASA hearing has been planned for some time in November following complaints from 22 parents.

Pretty sure I read somewhere 2 people had been suspended by the ASA. But I can't find the report now.

Heard a lot more about this last night.

According to one of the parents involved, whose name is amongst the 22 who have written to the ASA, the enquiry is centred around a large number of young swimmers who have never competed in competitions.

These swimmers have paid their ASA registration money to the club in question for a number of years. The ASA want to know why this vast amount of money has not been passed on to them.
